SPG-A is our all-purpose rub built for Mangalitsa pork, beef, and chicken — the base layer behind nearly everything we smoke here on the farm.

It’s simple by design: coarse sea salt for crust, cracked black pepper for bite, roasted garlic for depth, and a touch of ancho for warmth. No sugar, no fluff — just balance that lets the meat and the smoke do the talking.
