This is my personal showcase — the exact mix of cuts I reach for when I want to remind myself why we raise Mangalitsa. Each piece is pasture-raised, soy-free, non-GMO, and never given antibiotics. Slow-grown for over 16 months, these pigs deliver deep marbling, buttery fat, and the kind of flavor only patience and care can produce.

Getting Your Mangalitsa Box

Local Pickup:All boxes are available for pickup at our farm in Corsicana, Texas. We'll coordinate a convenient time for you to collect your box. Plan to bring a cooler if traveling more than 30 minutes.

Delivery Options:For customers within a 100-mile radius of our farm, we offer delivery for an additional fee based on distance. Your box will arrive in insulated packaging to ensure everything stays perfectly frozen.

Shipping:Limited shipping available to [REGIONS] via insulated packaging with dry ice. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Because we prioritize quality, we only ship when weather conditions are favorable for maintaining frozen products.

Your Pork Shouldn't Be White

Conventional pork is bred for leanness, resulting in pale meat lacking flavor and moisture. One look at our Mangalitsa pork tells a different story – the meat is richly red with beautiful marbling throughout. This isn't just a visual difference.
