Summer grilling season is here. This is everything you need to do it right — pasture-raised Mangalitsa pork, our signature rubs, and your choice of small-batch heritage sausage. Built for the grill, the smoker, and the backyard feast.

Every piece comes from pasture-raised, soy-free, non-GMO Mangalitsa pigs, slow-grown for over 16 months on our Texas farm. Before pork became "the other white meat," it was red. Rich. Full of flavor. This is that pork.


🍴 What's Inside The Texas Summer Griller

  • Thick-Cut Farmstead Pork Chops (10 lbs) Deep red, richly marbled, and built for the grill. These aren't grocery store chops — the intramuscular fat keeps them juicy even over high heat. Reverse sear for perfect results every time.
  • Small-Batch Heritage Sausage (10 lbs — select your varieties below) Choose from 8 varieties: Kolbász (Hungarian traditional), Italian, Bratwurst, Cheddar Bratwurst, Smoked German, Polish, Jalapeño Cheddar, or Boerewors. These aren't commodity links — they're made from our Mangalitsa pork with old-world recipes and real Texas flavor.
  • Premium Short Loin Roast (1 roast) Our flagship cut. Deeply marbled, slow-grown, built to roast whole or carve into thick steaks. This is the centerpiece of your summer table.
  • Whole Rack of Ribs (~3–4 lbs) Heritage ribs built for long smokes. Dry brine overnight with SPAG, dust with Red Bark, smoke low and slow. The results speak for themselves.
  • Thick-Cut Bacon (4 lbs) Light hickory smoke, thick cut, rich and buttery. Cook it for breakfast or render it into everything else.
  • Honey Pot Pulled Pork (2 lbs) Our market-style pulled pork — ready to eat straight from the package or warmed on the grill. The gateway to understanding what Mangalitsa tastes like.
  • Red Bark Rub (2 jars) Our signature paprika-forward rub. The backbone of our BBQ and the reason our pulled pork sells out every market.
  • SPAG Seasoning (2 jars) Salt, pepper, ancho chili, garlic. Texas seasoning with an earthy, smoky backbone. Use it on everything.
  • Smoked Lard (2 jars) Don't cook without it. Rendered Mangalitsa lard with a light smoke finish. Use it to sear, baste, fry, and finish. Fat was never the enemy.
