Whole Mangalitsa Rib Rack — Heritage Cut

This is not a grocery store rib. This is a full, heritage Mangalitsa rack — raised slow on open pasture, richly marbled by nature, and built for real pitmasters.

At Honey Pot Farmstead, our rib racks come from purebred Mangalitsa pigs — a heritage breed known for exceptional fat quality, deep flavor, and old-world texture. These pigs are pasture-raised and intentionally fed to develop natural marbling without industrial shortcuts.

The result is a rib with real character: thick, buttery fat, deep pork flavor, and natural tenderness that stands on its own without gimmicks or sugary injections.

Your Pork Shouldn't Be White

Conventional pork is bred for leanness, resulting in pale meat lacking flavor and moisture. One look at our Mangalitsa pork tells a different story – the meat is richly red with beautiful marbling throughout. This isn't just a visual difference. The deep color indicates higher myoglobin content and intramuscular fat, translating directly to more flavor and moisture in every bite. When you cook our pork, you'll notice it stays juicy and tender, even if you accidentally overcook it a bit.
