New Smoked Hungarian Kolbász

Bold, paprika-forward Hungarian-style sausage made from coarse-ground Mangalitsa pork, garlic, and traditional spices, then slow-smoked for deep, savory flavor and a clean snap. Rich pork fat carries the smoke and spice without overpowering the natural sweetness of the meat — old-world profile finished with Central Texas smoke.

 

Old World Polish
Our signature heritage link honoring the Eastern European roots of the Mangalitsa pig. Coarsely ground pork seasoned with authentic Old World spices — tender, juicy, and rich with history.

One look at our Mangalitsa pork tells a different story – the meat is richly red with beautiful marbling throughout. This isn't just a visual difference. The deep color indicates higher myoglobin content and intramuscular fat, translating directly to more flavor and moisture in every bite. When you cook our pork, you'll notice it stays juicy and tender, even if you accidentally overcook it a bit.
